Certification Requirements

The Institute for Self-in-Relationship Psychotherapy offers a training program that leads to Certification of Self-in-Relationship Psychotherapists and Supervisors. The requirements to become a Certified Self-in-Relationship Psychotherapist and Self-in-Relationship Supervisor are found under the headings of Self-in-Relationship Psychotherapist and Self-in-Relationship Clinical Supervisor.

The candidate who wishes to become a Self-in-Relationship Psychotherapist or Supervisor must make a formal application. Applicants must complete the following forms: General Application Form, Autobiographical Questionnaire, Declaration of Good Character, and Criminal Check and provide two reference letters.

 

The candidate is responsible to provide a copy of the Letter of Reference Form to each of the referees who will return it to: Chair: Certification Committee, 5 Claudet Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario,

K1G 4R3.
